"Okay Lady B, pretend I'm Alison." Pat reached his hand out for a set for forks Julian painfully managed to lay out on the table.

Pat almost managed to 'touch' one of the forks, but before he could, Fanny yelled "No, no, no. You do not use a dessert fork for the starter! It's unheard of!"

The ghosts all sighed. "Fanny, you said you should at least attempt to improve your behaviour!" The captain said

"I am trying, it's just impossible to look past such ill manners." Lady Button huffed.

"We are doing this for Alison, remember." Thomas said.

"Well maybe if Alison didn't have such terrible manners then I wouldn't have to critique them."

Captain raised an eyebrow

"Maybe if Alison wasn't so attached to Mike, she'd be willing to leave him for me!" Thomas concluded

"And maybes she would not be so mads if she smells burnings too." Mary thought up

"Maybe none of this is out fault. It's Alisons." Julian concluded

"Yeah!" They all shouted together

"Alison should learn to accept us for who we are!" They stated

"We should call her." Robin suggested

They all made their way to the phone and Julian made his usual grunts as he painfully dieled each number. The phone began to ring.

*ring ring*
*ring ring*
"Hello?"

"Alison! You listen here and you listen good!" The captain said.

"What's going on? Is something wrong?" She asked worriedly

"Everything is wrong. We need to talk."

"Is it really that important guys?"

"Yes!" They all shouted at the phone.

"Alright, what is it?"

"We have been thinking about what you said and-" Captain began

"And we think that you should love me for the way I am!" Thomas interrupted

"Thomas, stand down." Captain said, frustrated at Thomas

"What we want is for you to be a good friend!" Kitty yelled down the telephone

"Guys I don't have time for this. I've got to go. I said only call me if it's an emergency, and this seems like it can wait." Alison hung up the phone

The ghosts attempted to ring again, but they didn't get an answer

"Dammit." The Captain mumbled under his breath

"It is extremely rude to hang up the phone without properly saying goodbye. How disrespectful" Fanny shook her head.

"Maybe she just busy." Robin guessed

"Utter toffee. It's a holiday. Nobody is busy on a holiday!" Thomas replied

"Maybe we should just leave Alison to enjoy her holiday." Pat suggested

"Why woulds we do that? We never leaves Alison alones." Mary said

"Yeah, Alison enjoys our company." Julian added.

"Clearly she doesn't. Otherwise she wouldn't have left." Thomas sighed.

All the ghosts looked down at the floor, deep in thought at Thomas' words.

"Thomas right." Robin nodded.

"But Alison is my friend..." kitty felt her heart sink

"I do hate to admit it. But Alison simply does not want us anymore."

"Well there's nothing we can do about that, we can't exactly leave. And neither can Alison and Mike." Thomas walked over to his usual sighing place and sat down, deep in thought.

The others crowed round him in silence.

"Do you mind?" He asked rudely

"Sorry, Tom. We just all need to sigh right now." Pat said

"I just can't believe Alsion doesn't want to have friends anymore..." Kitty sat down next to Thomas.

"If only there were way for us to leave her alone." Robin scratched his chin in an attempt to think.

"How about we just stop bothering her?" Julian suggested

"We already tried that, there's no way I can continue to try to let Alison display such ill manners in this house." Fanny replied

"I gots it." Said Mary

The other ghosts turned around

"What of we gots sucked off?" Mary suggested

The other ghosts all looked at eachother.

"That's a splendid idea, Mary." Captain concluded.
