I love Shadow the Hedgehog. So I thought what if there was an imperial arms that gave someone extreme speed, but only when the one who has it loses someone close to them. Basically the reader or oc are the black knight of the wind. They aren't part of the Jaegers or the Night Raid. Plus they get a badass theme(the song at the top).
