Would you rather own the Invisibility Cloak, the resurrection stone, or the elder wand?

I think it would be something in between the Cloak and the wand. Because if I had the cloak, I could hide from everyone and they will never know where I am and I can be invisible. But with the Elder Wand, I can be invincible. I'll be powerful, and possibly feared but I wouldn't know what to do with it tho. Soooooo
