Hmmmmm, I think it would be Draco. I'm sorry draco fans but it just... Being forced and not having choices doesn't mean you have to bully others. Let's face it, Draco's not evil but neither is he good. He was really mean to Harry. Why? Because Harry embarrassed him in 1st year? Well anyway, it wasn't only Harry and his friends.
