ah winter
the air is cold, the water is frozen, and it's a great time to go ice skating with your boyfriend
you may not be that good at ice skating but luckily for you, your boyfriend is
"heyyyyy jonahhh" you say calling him on the phone
"yes?" he says
"wanna go ice skating"
"yeah do you"
"of course i do"
"really? you're awful at it"
"wow babe thanks for the confidence. but i know i'm bad at it, i still wanna do it though"
"okay well i know a really nice place we can go. we can go tomorrow"
"ooo yay!!! do you have ice skates"
"babe... i'm from Minnesota of course i have ice skates"

it's the next day and now you are going to the place jonah told you about
"so i have a surprise for you" he tells you while driving to the place
"what's the surprise?"
"well first i didn't want you to be embarrassed and second i wanted to be alone but i got us a private session"
"aww that's so romantic thank you. but i wouldn't be embarrassed"
"hmm i think you would because while you're falling i'll be skating all around you"
"wow i get it i'm bad at ice skating!"
you both laugh and eventually get to the place
he brings you over to the ice and you guys put your skates on
"can you help me babe" you ask
"of course"
he walks over to you and kneels down to help you put them on
you finally get your skates on and now it's time to go on the ice
as soon as you get on, however you fall
"fuck!" you scream as you hit the ground
"oof babe are you okay?" Jonah says skating back to you
"no! you left me in the dust!"
"no one says that anymore"
"oh well i just did. now help me up and help me skate"
Jonah shakes his head as he laughs and helps you up
"now DONT leave my side" you angrily say holding his hand
"don't worry i won't"
he holds on to your hand and guides you throughout the ice
it's super fun and you're so happy
"okay babe now it's your turn to try and do it alone!"
"what! no!"
"yup"
he suddenly lets go of your hand and pushes you lightly
you slowly drift away from him and you're terrified
instead of panicking, you focus until you hit the wall
you grab on to it and lightly push off quickly getting the hang of ice skating and skating towards Jonah
you get to jonah and grab on to him
"YOU DID IT!" he screams picking you up and spinning around
"put me down!"
"no i'm excited! you did it!"
he puts you down and kisses you
"now let's do some real ice skating since we have a professional with us" he winks kissing you again
"oh great i'm going to break my back"
