"Ava go get your clothes ready so you can bath"

"Yes ma'am"

"Come on baby boy let's get you to sleep" I said as I picked him up off my bed and went downstairs

"So let's talk" I said to Willie before sitting down on the couch

"Uhm-

"You know what I'll start first. I never wanted any of this to happen. I never wanted to cheat on you the divorce none of that but I was so angry with you. It was like you never paid attention to me nor the kids. I was always home taking care of those kids even your daughter Willie. I barely had any time for myself because you always ran to the club even when I told you I needed to get sleep because I was stressing so much. So when I did get to have time to myself I did to much and I apologized for that. And yea me sleeping with somebody else and getting pregnant was bad to. Not saying that I'm any better than you but you've stepped out on me way to many times to keep count of. But that shit doesn't really bothers me" I said now tearing up

"What bothers me the most is that you listened to your mother and you know she doesn't like me. I would never go by what my parents say about what they think about you. And to hear you talk on the phone about me to her didn't make it any better. I'm not perfect and I know that and-

"Mama calm down. Im sorry I swear I am. If I could take back all the times when I fucked over you, wasn't home to help you with our kids, and anything else that I did wrong I would. And my momma..... she got in my head and convinced me to get the divorce. I never wanted it nor did I ever wanted to lose you. Liv I miss you okay and I'm not gone sit here and act like i don't-

"I'm not about to sit here and let you pour your heart out to me when you have a girl Willie. We have court tomorrow so we'll have to figure out how to do this co parenting stuff-

"Can you leave please" I said before walking upstairs to tell Mariah they were about to leave

I went behind her as she went down the stairs and before Willie could say something I closed the door and locked it

"What's wrong momma"

"Nothing baby did you bath"

"Okay go watch your brother he's asleep momma is about to shower"
