"This is the venue layout that Bege got," Jinbei placed down a layout on the table. "Big Mom will sit here," He pointed to a seat that's marked red.
"I'm getting nervous. I wonder if this plan's gonna work out," Chopper said worriedly but I had to hold back a laugh. Luffy was running around with a net in his hands and rope around him. He looked excited about something.
"Okay! I'm all ready!" Luffy shouted out determinedly.
"Luffy?" Chopper turned around finally noticing him.
"Don't worry! Everything's gonna be alright!" His eyes turned into sparkles, so you know Luffy thinks it's going to be super cool.
"I'm going out for a bit!" He told us with no explanation making me worry.
"Going out?! To where?!" Chopper was shocked like the rest of us.
"Oh, I don't have enough time!" And just like that Luffy was gone.
"Are we going after him?" I asked Nami knowing she called most of the shots around.
"Ugh, no," She sighed out. "We need to trust Luffy won't do anything."
"Ok if you really think soo.."
"(Y/N), can you tell me the plan one more time?" Chopper came up to me and asked.
"I don't really know either because I was busy eating the cookies with you," He was going to go ask Jinbei, which he should've done in the first place, "But I could tell you what I know from what Sanji told me before he left."
"The first step of the plan is to wait for Luffy to break the picture across Big Mom. But, before he does we need to put in our earplugs!"
"After he breaks the picture Big Mom will go crazy. Once she is crazy someone will shoot poison gas at her and Big Mom dies. While all that happens Nami, Carrot, you, and I will go save Sanji's family." Chopper nodded his head understanding.
"So how do we escape?" He tilted his head in wonder.
"Caesar will fly in with a mirror and we escape via the mirror. Got it?"
"Yup! Thank you, (Y/N)!" Chopper jumped down the chair he was in and went over to Carrot and Brook. As soon as Chopper left Nami was by my side with a smirk on her face.
"So, what happened after I left?" She asked the question I was hoping she didn't ask. I remembered what happened earlier and I felt my face instantly heat up.
"Well um..."
"Well, what?"
"We basically had a hot makeout session..." Her eyes widened.
"So are you guys together?!" Nami asked me and I can see the excitement in her eyes.
"No...None of us asked the question. But, I think it's better if we wait for after all this is over,"
"Yeah, that makes sense we are in the middle of a mission. What was it like though?"
"It was as if all of the feelings we had held back just came out. It was honestly really nice,"
"That sounds cheesy,"

"Straw Hat?" Bege called out for Luffy.
"We're almost ready," Luffy popped out from his chest. Before Bege had the chance to close up his chest Luffy went a little over to the other side and he got bigger.

"How interesting!" Luffy's sparkles in his eyes came back.
"Hey, stay in there!" Bege was pushing him back in but Luffy kept fighting back and stretched his neck to get a closer look. "You can't mess around now! Go back in!" Luffy then ran up and popped out from Bege's eye. "Oh, I can get out from here too!" Next thing you know he's running all over the place opening up places he shouldn't. "What's going on with your body?! It's so cool!"
"Don't play with my body!" Bege sounded irritated.
"Don't be so serious!" Luffy jumped off his eye and landed on his chest laughing. Though he was knocked down a second later by Nami.
"What are you doing?" Nami dragged him back inside.
"Maybe, I should've killed them..." I heard Bege mumble while closing all the doors Luffy. When I turned around Luffy was snoring away with a snot bubble.
"Oi! Why is he sleeping at a time like this!" Nami complained when she dragged Luffy to the chair.
After deciding to take a nap with Luffy, I woke up to everyone else sleeping except Jinbei. I looked towards Nami who was sleeping next to Chopper. 'Wasn't she just complaining about Luffy about sleeping?'
"You should go back to sleep," Jinbei told me, I guess he finally realized I was awake. "I was going to wake everyone in a few minutes. You still got time."
"No it's ok," I said and sat up. One by one we all started to wake up and sit down around the table waiting for the time to come. Soon enough Jinbei was hitting Luffy against the floor and wall trying to wake him up.
"Luffy!" This time he grabbed his ear and stretched it. "The ceremony has begun! Luffy!" He shouted in his ear but Luffy kept sleeping.
"I can eat more..." He mumbled while drooling.
"Wake up!" He smacked him across his cheek. "Do you wanna let Sanji down?!" No results...
"Hey! Is there any way to wake him up?!" Jinbei asked us.
"He was running around the forest right before he fell asleep so..."
"Food is the only thing that'll wake him up,"
"Hey, do you have any meat?! We don't have time!" Chopper told one of Bege's men. It almost sounded as if he was dying.
"Meat?" One asked.
"He's gonna have breakfast now?" Another asked.
"Hurry up!" I got impatient. "We need to wake him up." They ran away and came back moments later with a bunch of meat.
"Meat..." Luffy stopped snoring and started to sniff around. His eyes shot open and he instantly jumped onto the plate of meat next to him.
"Meat!" He aggressively started to eat them.
"How easy..." Nami and I said.
"Luffy, the gunshot cue to start the mission will be any minute!"
"Yeah, let me finish this first!"
"I can't wait anymore!" Jinbei snatched Luffy and ran inside the mirror.
"Whoa, hey! Not Yet!" Luffy stretched his arms grabbing as much meat as he could. We stood there silently for a few seconds snapping back to reality and running right behind Luffy and Jinbei.
A/N: This is late in the story but sorry if any of the characters sound ooc. I hope y'all liked this version of chapter 8 and also hoping ya'll know how Bege's devil fruit works cuz I didn't explain. I keep saying open up and door hoping ya'll understand lmaoooo.
