Hello there, lovely readers. Here is chapter 29 (finally!). I hope you like it, Trueliies and I worked hard on it. Sadly, it is the last chapter in the crossover; Shadehaven's residents will leave in the aftermath of this chapter, I'm sad. :(

Anyway, I hope you will like it and yeah. Have fun, comment, share and vote. Sharing is caring, right? Silent readers; please do not be silent! (I know you're out there, aha!)

The song on the side feels good for this chapter, so here you go!

PS: Nathaniel Eli McClare is played by gorgeous actor Theo James. (Yes, Divergent's Four, ahaha!) xoxo

The night would have been a calm one hadn't the front lights of several cars light up the lonely road. From afar, fireworks were still lighting up the dead skyline and the entire city of Stonecrest Lake seemed to burn brighter as it welcomed the New Year. Adrian Campbell sat behind the steering wheel of his Ford Mustang; his attention was focused on the dusky scenery that laid before his pale green eyes. The city welcomed the New Year with a vast blanket of fog but it didn't stop the people from partying and celebrating. An awkward silence filled the engine as the eight shiny cars drove towards the intersection of Main and Harbor. The shrieking soud of a piercing loud howl disturbed the quiet of the night as a shimmering Chevy Impala suddenly sped up, leaving the empty street in a blur. Moments later, the same wailing sound emerged from the other cars, causing Killian to shift in his seat, confused. He darted his eyes on Adrian, who was smirking in content, pleased.

"What the-", the wide-receiver attempted, as the howls got carried towards the open illuminated sky. It was a thundering noise, lupine shrieks that were able to frighten the bravest men.

"We have the Savages, they have the Alpha Wolves.", Adrian explained with a sufficient smirk, giving his friend a quick look. "And they take it very very seriously."

Killian simply nodded; Stonecrest Lake elite were wolves shaped in the form of gentlemen, he thought as he patiently listened to the howling session.

Adrian was still smugly smiling, while focusing on the narrow road as Killian just kept looking straight forward, refusing to guess what crazy idea he had in mind.

As the Chevy Impala drove away in recklessness, the flashing lights of the remaining cars were burning hot on its tail as they all sped up their pace to catch the elusive Impala. Adrian smiled as a scarlet red Porsche 911 rocketed through Edgewood Avenue before smoothly drifting on the narrow street. Killian Sanders' face contorted with surprise just as the car went back on the right track, beating the black Impala, thus being the front car in the line.

"These people are crazy!", Killian muttered through his breath, looking at the rearview mirror; a grey metallic Mercedes-Benz CL63 was on their tail and a loud music barked through the engine.

"That's dangerous! He could've fallen down the hill, man!", Killian added on a dissatisfied tone while looking ahead at the numerous cars that were disturbing the peaceful quietness of the night. Adrian just laughed at the anxiety of his companion. It was true; Stonecrest Lake residents weren't as reserved as the people back in his hometown and that was a trait Adrian appreciated a lot. Stonecrest Lake was a city of adventure, speed, recklessness and celebration of youth.

"I'm like evil I get under your skin, just like a bomb that's ready to blow,

Cause I'm illegal I got everything That all you women might need to know,

I'm gonna take you down! Yeah down, down, down.

So don't you fool around, I'm gonna pull it, pull it!
