So I was playing in starlight shores with my want to be singer and her husband. She couldn't find her job in the newspaper so I wanted her to go the library, they didn't have a car so a taxi would of had to taken them. It was an hour later in sim time and the taxi finally arrived, but this time it was on the pavement instead of the road. My singer stood there, not getting in and then the taxi just drove off. Then another taxi arrived and I thought it was normal but no, the taxi had no one in it but my sim at the back. The whole way to the library the taxi had no driver but drove anyway.
