I was in a create a sim and clicked to create a child,as soon as I did I changed my mind and decided not to so I clicked to make an adult man but when I did however the Sim popped up sitting almost in a toad/frog position with its legs bigger than its body. It was freaky and it lasted for a few seconds longer then it should've before he turned to his normal self
