Edward Nigma never had the easiest life. Throughout his childhood, Edward was abused heavilly by his father. He always called Edward a moron because he thought that he was stupid. It wasn't until the puzzle competition came up at his school that he thought of proving his arrongant dad wrong. He created an almost unsolvable puzzle and won the contest. He returned home and told his dad the 'good' news. His dad sprung from his chair and punched Edward in the face. He fell to the ground holding his cheek. His dad continuesly shouted at him, repeatedly saying that Edward had cheated. But what his dad did'nt know, was that Edward actually did cheat and that is where his fantasy began. Today, he is always leaving Batman clues to his crimes using riddles before he commits them.
