The Joker was created when Jack Napier and his gang were attacking a factory. Batman came to stop them and caught Jack. Jack tumbled over the edge of a platform and fell into a giant container of green acid. Unseen for days, Jack finally rose ut of the acid with white skin, a bright red mouth and green hair. He then took the alias of The Joker and terrorised Gotham City. Using his joke gun, he shocked alot of people. For those who can't remember the joke gun, Joker used it to scare his victims. When he pulled the trigger, a white flag with the word 'bang' on it shot out instead of a bullet. Unable to completely stop laughing, Joker was diagnosed insane by Arkham and locked in an Asylum along with most of the other super villains. People described Joker as a homicidal maniac because he was both terrorizing and crazy.
