" HE WHAT? " Dad shouted over the phone 

" H-He tried to r-rape me " Tears were spilling from my eyes 

" The court will be this Thursday. We need you there " Mark cut me off

" We're coming, Carly " Dad announced 

" I need to be in that court, Carly " 

" Ok " 

" Love you "

************ Thursday, at court*************

" Steve Lucas Adam " The guard called out and we all entered 

" Can we have Carly Clifford over? " I walked over and stood nervously 

" We want the exact even and what happened about it? Promise that you will tell nothing but the truth " 

" I promise. So... I newly arrived at my new dorm and started unpacking. A boy came over and kissed me. Steve came over before I was able to back off, when I pulled back, he was standing on the dorm door, furious. We fought and then he admitted that he kissed my best friend. He threatened her that's would rape me if she said anything about it. He then dragged me to the back of an old white building. A-And h-h-he started to get undressed. Once he took off my pants, a fists of a 'friend' collided with his face " I emphasized on the word friend and looked at Blake 

" My friend stranded him for some time until I called for help " 

" Seems convincing. Up now, Ashley Hood " 

" Promise that you will tell nothing but the truth " 

" I promise. When I arrived at Carly's dorm, She and Steve were already fighting. She asked if I kissed her boyfriend and I nodded. I told her that he threatened us. He dragged her somewhere. And when we found her, she had tear-stained cheeks and hanging up on the phone. Once we took her into a hug, the police were there " 

" Blake Irwin. Promise that you won't tell anything but the truth " 

" I promise " He sighed. I was afraid that he would open up the bullying and everything from the past 

" Carly and I knew each other since we were born. Our dads were close friends. There was a girl which hated Carly and threatened me to bully Carly or it would have been worse for us both and all of her other friends so I did it. I bullied her when we were 15 and I feel ashamed of it. I liked her at that time. When we drifted apart for 3 years then met each other, I kissed her. I knew that she had a boyfriend but I kissed her. She was dragged somewhere far and when I reached there, her pants were off and she was crying so I did the first thing that came to my mind. I punched him, stranded him, then instructed to call 911 " 

"Steve Adam. Promise that you won't say anything but the truth " 

" Yes, I did that. All that they said was true. I found her kissing Blake in her dorm and I lost it. I won't try to deny it because I can't hide the truth " 

" Decisions " The Judge announced, motioning for us to stand up 

" Steve Adam will be facing 5 years of jail with a fund of $10,000. Case closed " She demanded 

We took our stuff and went out

" Blake " Dad called 

" Yes? " 

" Thank you so much for our bravery " 

" No sweat. Carly has always been a special person to me "
