Keane's POV

I sat up rolling my sore shoulder back and forth and grimacing. Leaning back against the headboard.

"You in pain?" Tayte asked opening his eyes and looking up at me,

"Nope," I replied smiling.

"That grimace said different,"

"Your eyes were closed,"

"You didn't deny it," he rested his head on my good shoulder, "What time is it?"

Before I could answer our door flew open and Noah leapt onto the bed,

"MORNING," He boomed, "HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE," He beamed at us, eyes glistening,

"Good morning kiddo," we replied.

"Noah. What did I tell you about barging into your brother's room?" Angelo said appearing in the doorway. He grinned. "Leave them alone to at least wake up," He laughed,

"Sorry," Noah winked. Angelo came in and scooped him over his shoulder.

"Morning Keane. Morning Tayte. I apologise. Love you both. See you in a bit," he told us smiling before leaving the room and closing the door.

"I love him," I announced. Tayte kissed my shoulder,

"Me too, me too,"

It was 11.30am when we were all downstairs together,

"What time do you call this? We've been up for ages and have been for a run too," Arii exclaimed,

"We're not all athletes," Tayte retorted.

"I have to have a good day today. It means I can go all out tomorrow," Leo explained,

"Welcome to the mind of an athlete. Exercise a lot and eat what you want,"

"We're not all lucky to have your metabolism Keane," Arii shot back,

"He works out daily in secret," Tayte explained,

"Shut up you,"

"Children," Auntie warned, we all smiled widely at her.

"Food?" Noah asked,

"We are going out for a big lunch in 45 minutes so if you want something only have something light. Unless your Noah, you could eat for England so your excluded, fill your boots" Mum said,

"I'll take that as a compliment," Noah laughed.

I ate an apple, so I could take some pain killers and prayed they kicked in relatively quickly, or this lunch wasn't going to be a success. I went and sat outside on the porch with around 15 minutes until we had to meet.

"It doesn't feel like Christmas tomorrow," I told Tayte who'd came and sat beside me.

"I know what you mean," he answered, "It's going to be a good one though," I smiled,

"We're all finally together, so I know it's going to be something special,"

"Are you happy?" He asked me, I turned to him.

"I feel the happiest in a long time,"

"Good, because when your happy, so am I," he told me leaning in for a kiss.

"IT'S CHRISTMAS TOMORROW," Noah hollered coming running outside. "DID YOU HEAR ME WORLD. IT'S CHRISTMAS TOMORROW,"

We both chuckled. He stuck his tongue out at us cheekily. Leo came out with Arii on her back. He span her around and she laughed clinging onto him, kissing his cheek. Arlo and Mali came out hand in hand, they were looking at each other lovingly, Mali reached up her hand and stroked his face, kissing him softly on the lips. They smiled when they saw us looking. Angelo walked out with a coat in his hand and called Noah over who put it on and then kissed him, wrapping his arms around his waist under his coat. Auntie and Mum came out arm in arm. Auntie looked over and blew me a kiss which I caught. Finally Dad and Logan came out chatting away like old mates.
