Mega owned a tan-colored female cat but wasn't sure what breed she was. He got her from his friend a couple of months ago, who couldn't take care of her anymore when she was around 2 years old. The cat doesn't need a name, and it isn't like Mega could call to her anyways.

Half the time, she would be asleep on Mega's lap when he was home. That's fine. Working on his laptop doesn't require him to move. Since she didn't bother him, they had a mutual friendship, which in reality is quite rare. The cat used to be pretty loud, but the longer she spent with Mega the quieter she got. It was peaceful in their apartment.

When Mega woke up one morning, he looked over at the cat, who was sleeping on his laptop despite having her own bed.

Mega sat up and threw off his blanket. He yawned, 'you remind me of someone I used to know well'. He got up and took a flower from the vase, and walked towards the now sitting cat, still on his laptop. 'and I miss him', he thought, placing the flower in front of her.
