BEEEEEEEEEP. BEEP. BEEE- "5:30"
It was time for me to get up and start a new day of hell at Henderson High. Why Hell? Because I'm a rainbow fish in a pond of plain ass catfish.
I sat at the bottom of the shower and just thought. I do every day but lately it's been intense. I got out and noticed I was going to be late if I didn't hurry up.
I threw on some clothes and tied up my dirty vans and rushed out the door. SHIT. It's cold as hell.
It was a short walk to school. Especially because I was basically running. The tardy policy at this school is worse than being absent.
I was at the gate once again. I took a deep breath and started for first period.
I was late by just a few seconds but when I walked in the room, it was like class started 20 minutes ago.
I put my head down and felt everyone's eyes burn into me. I quickly sat down and pulled out paper and a pencil.
It wasn't long before the teacher started the lesson and all the varsity football players focused on me. Let's just say I wasn't the piece of meat they wanted. Only the play toy to rip to pieces.
Darren, the quarterback, threw a balled up paper right at my head. They laughed hysterically. "FAG" is what the note read. "Is that the best you got?" I said. They all turned around with a mean scowl.
"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Mrs. G said. Thank god. I wasn't in the mood to take them on today.
