Kevin's POV

"Don't play dumb Kev. I know you like her, and I'm okay with that..kind of." he tells me. I stare at him shocked.

"How'd you know?" I asked him curiously.

"You don't need to know. Just don't hurt her."

"What do you mean? I thought you like her?" Woah. What's happening?

"I do, but I like seeing her happy..so yeah. Just take care of her. And even if you are my best friend, I'll beat the crap out of you if she ends up being hurt. You only have one chance Kev, don't screw this up."

"I won't, but we both know who she really likes." I say sadly. I don't even know what she sees in him.

"He's not good enough. Truthfully, no is. But I see how happy she is being with you at times." He says getting up. "Screw it up, and I won't back down Kev."

Chris walked toward Trish and they started talking about who knows what. I sat there planning away how to tell her. I can't just watch her with Seth anymore. I need a plan...

Beatrice's POV

I tried avoiding Kevin the entire morning, but being roommates and all...it's impossible. I was so eager to get to breakfast so I wouldn't be so close to him. Last night was really great and all. I enjoyed being with him and getting to know him. Who knew he wasn't such a jerk after all? I didn't. But, when he helped me up the log, it felt like electricity went through my arm when he touched me, so I jerked my hand back.

During breakfast, I sat with Kathleen and some of her friends in another table, far across from Kevin's table; just so I could distance myself.

"I need to stop thinking about this." I told myself. Why did I feel this way? Maybe I like..NO! I do NOT like him. "Aghhh." I screamed pushing my hair back with my hand. "I'm going crazy."

"You really are going crazy. You keep talking to yourself." I jumped up and turned around holding my hand to my chest.

"Damn it Kevin. Don't scare people like that!" Great. He found me.

He chuckled and smiled at me. "Sorry. You're really cute when you get scared you know that."

I turned away blushing. Damn this guy. "Shut up." I muttered walking away from me.

He grabbed my wrist and spun me around so I was facing him. "Are you avoiding me?"

"Huh? Why would I avoid you?" I ask. Oh please...someone help!

"Cause you've been walking away from me. I thought we were okay since las----" he was cut off by Mr. A calling everyone together.

"Everyone! Get with your partners and get your cameras ready. You're going to walk around the premises and capture pictures of something by nature. This will be added in your portfolios."

Kevin walked towards me holding our camera. "Let's go." he said, and then walked away. Here comes the awkward moment again.

We were walking till he stopped. I, being my clumsy self trip on one of the rocks. I close my eyes waiting till I hit the ground and fall face first, but it never happened. I felt two strong arms wrapped around my waist. I slowly opened my eyes and see Kevin staring at me. "Thanks." I say.

He helps me stand straight and let's go. "No problem." he says. He stops walking and I end up bumping into him. "Can't keep your hands off me now huh? After avoiding me all morning, you must've missed me." he says smirking.

I was about to scream, but when I looked behind him; I saw such a beautiful view. It was a waterfall. Trees covered the all around it. Kevin turned around and started taking pictures. I walked towards the waterfall, admiring it. "It's beautiful." I whispered.

"Just like you." Kevin says. I turn around and smile at him.

Kevin's POV

Trish walked towards the waterfall admiring it. I started taking pictures of the waterfall. It was beautiful, and the water was sparkling. I felt like jumping into the water.

"It's beautiful." Beatrice whispered.

"Just like you." I whispered back. Hoping she didn't hear it, but she did. She turned around and smiled at me. I took a picture of her smiling at me, and her background being the waterfall. She was surprised when I took the picture.

"Hey! Delete that! Kevin hand me the camera." she whined.

"No way!" I said. I ran away from her and she chased me around. She finally catches me, making me fall back, but she falls too. I open my eyes and see her staring at me. "Can't keep yourself away from me huh." I say.

"Stupid. Delete it." she says. She stands up and I get up too. I look through all the pictures and I find the picture I just took.

The picture was perfect. Her smiling towards my direction, the waterfall behind her and the water sparkling, and the sun beaming on her beautiful face. Perfect.

"No, it's a good picture." I say.

"Please. It's so ugly." she says.

"Ugly? Trish stop it. We both know it's a great picture."

She huffs and says, "Fine then."

After about an hour or two of taking pictures, we finally walk back to our room.

"I'm tired!" she says falling in her bed.

"Me too. Let's upload the pictures, then go get something to eat." I suggest.

"What if I go get us something to eat right now, & you upload." she says getting up. Before I could even answer, she's out the door.

I was uploading the pictures and I felt my phone vibrate. I unlocked the screen and saw a message from Chris on kik. I opened the message and it showed a picture. I saved the picture on my phone and checked my photo album. I tapped on my 'kik album' and saw a picture of me and Trish. I was holding her when she tripped. She was looking at me, and I was doing the same.

I went back on kik and Chris said, 'Take care of her man. Keep that smile on her face. Oh, and props to me. I'm a good photographer.'

I replied back to him. 'Seriously man, thanks for everything.'

I changed my wallpaper to the picture Chris sent me. Perfect.
