I should just walk

I am loved enough

I should just breath

Every year I waited for the one

I would find none
They said.

So when the wrong ones came

I couldn't know and it did hurt as

I was being a coward hiding under covers

I am just being good
They said.

I hid my soul from each greedy eye

It will save me from hurt

Still I got hurt, thrown & crushed

I will have to live
They said.

When I craved for one hand to hold

I have plenty already

I was alone drowning low and low
