It has been a year since the betrayal of Morgana Pendragon, and the anniversary of the death of Princess Amelia. And things have never been the same since.
Uther is a broken, empty man from his losses. Amelia's lover Sir Leon shattered, and her ex fiancé, Lord Tennent mourning silently.
Upon her anniversary, Tennent returns to Camelot to pay his respects, and a hunting trip to the woods brings a new change to the household with the arrival of a mysterious young woman who cannot speak a word.
Luckily, a serving girl by the name of Naomi, whom previously was close with the young Princess, is on hand to help translate for the girl, a sweet thing by the name of Ava who everyone assumes Uther is using as a replacement for Morgana.
But things are not so simple. Neither Naomi or Ava are what they seem, both for different reasons.
With Uther believing he has finally formed a good life and family, things going on behind the scenes threaten that peace.
Will Naomi and Ava's true selves be revealed before Uther meets his demise?
And will drama commence with awkwardness between Sir Leon and Lord Tennent, and with Sir Gwaine taking interest in the newly dubbed Lady Ava.
