While Captain Jack Harkness is known to have a group of accidental children scattered throughout time, he isn't the only one.

The Doctor has travelled to many places, met many people. Accidentally ended up attracting and awkwardly marrying a few.

And in some cases, ended up getting a little too carried away and creating illigitimate reminders of those times.

Princess Kamilah of Egypt.

After the Eleventh Doctor saved Nefrititi's people from a great beast, her gratitude and growing infatuation with him lead to a illigitimate child.
Wanting to stay with her lover John Ridell on the African Planes, Nefrititi sent the child back to Ancient Egypt and the Pharaoh, believing she was his, raised Kamilah into a feirce Egyptian Royal.

Prince Arthur Tudor of England.

Centuries later, The Tenth Doctor's adventure to seek Zygons in Tudor England lead to getting roped into marrying Queen Elizabeth I, and subsequently changing history by giving her a child. The son, Arthur, was heir to the English throne but his illigitimacy made James I a rival for his crown.

Dorothea Lovelace.

The Thirteenth Doctor's encounter with the famous Ada Lovelace wasn't their first meeting. In his Eleventh body, the Doctor and Ada hit it off in a romantic way, and yet again, he got carried away with a famed historical figure.
The result - Lady Dorothea Lovelace.
The daughter very much like her father.

Gabriel Turner.

Not so long after Dorothea came to be, in Victorian London The Doctor, still reeling from the loss of Amy and Rory, met and found comfort in a young heiress who was no historical figure, but he found her to be brilliant.
Not in the right mind with grief, regretted actions took place, and after the Doctor left that time his son was born. Like Dorothea , you only have to look at Gabriel to guess his parantege.

These unplanned Time Lord/Human hybrids have never met, some not aware of their paternal claim.

But the Master and Missy know. And they know that anyone that close to the Doctor will make good ransoms.

And so before they know it, their lives are invaded and everything changes for Kamilah, Arthur, Dorothea and Gabriel as they find themselves thrown forward to modern times.
