A song to June

Past and future and present in between
Like traveling to Rome, Paris and Berlin
She came with her Chevy, told me "Baby, hop in."
I jumped, she drove
My queen is a has been.

She drove and the radio was blasting happy tunes
"Take off your shades, Boy. Don't act like a goon."
She said and she laughed and I laughed along too
I took Marie's silverspoon
And gave it to June.

She parked the car at the end of the Lane
"Listen, Baby now. it's all simple and plain"
She kissed me and I forgot
Forgot why I came
The executioner appeared
With his ball and his chain.

We got out of the car and into her place
She took off her shawl and threw it at my face
"Tonight there's no rules. No rules and no codes."
And all's been on my mind
Was that beautiful road.

And after we clashed after all's been done
I glimpsed her smile while she's putting her clothes back on
She said "You look like a man of very few words."
I said "I only talk
After I look deep inwards."

She said "I know you are done and I am done here too
But why won't you stay I feel a little blue"
I told her "Okay I have nothing to do
But don't ask me to share
Anything now with you."

She said "You idiot, I just want someone to eat with
Someone to be there so I can feel their breath
Feel free, too to play with my hair
Tell me 'it smells beautiful.'
And tell it like you care"

She came at the bed and she touched my feet
She looked like an angel who can't lie and can't cheat
I smiled at her and she laid on my chest
I did what she wanted
At her own request.

She looked up to me with her big hazel eyes
Our eyes met. She smiled and I smiled
She was older than me but she looked like a child
Never knew someone could be
so innocent and so wild.

Then she told me something I will never forget
"You do what you do and you get what you get
Don't think too hard, It's a Russian roulette
Don't be angry like the Judge
So tough and upset."

I told her "It's hard. Sometimes a trainwreck"
She buried her face deeper into my neck
She told me "Shut up! How does my hair smell?"
It smelled like Coconut but
I just said "It smells well."

"Thank you sweetheart, you smell good too
Sometimes all you want is what's normal and true."

"You told me, Baby not to be so tough
And I tell you; you are good
And more than enough."

"I know I am nothing. So please just stop."
She said and looked away aside at the clock
My body got over her and she felt my weight
She said "You need to go home
Before it's too late."
