Day Ten

Discuss Your First Love and First Kiss. 

I guess I should start out by saying that I don't believe in real love until you're over the age of eighteen. My opinion is that you think you love someone, but I don't think you actually really know what love is. I think high school is a time to live your life to the fullest, succeeding in your grades, making friends, loving on people. It's not a time for a boyfriend.

Now, saying that, if you have a boyfriend who treats you like a princess, great for you. I am not one to judge, especially considering that I've never had a boyfriend before. But, I just don't think it's a good idea to have a boyfriend in high school unless you are fully committed to it and mature about it. 

Saying that, my first kiss has yet to become an actual thing. I want to be in a fully committed relationship before I give away my first kiss. It really means a lot to me. Actually, this may sound absolutely horrid but I wouldn't mind losing my first kiss to my best guy friend. I mean, I can trust him, and it wouldn't be regretted, I hope. 

I'm just one of those high-maintenance girls I guess, but I'm okay with that, because it's who I am and who God has planned me to be.
