I think this is the shortest review I've ever write for the reason that "The Sink" only consists 2 chapters. The author posted an update twice a week, during sunday and thursday.
The Sink has ranked #3 on original fantasy.
The book cover is simple. Not too much design or precise details. Simple covers are fine however, it cannot really attract readers. The book cover must show the soul of your story. On my own opinion, the cover looks fine but I don't really find it attractive. On the other side, we shouldn't judge the book by its cover, the story it holds is more important.
The story is good. I feel that the way the author wrote this story, his writing style, it really fits the genre.
I don't know if it's just me, but, "The Sink" is really deep and mysterious. The cover may not be attractive but the story itself is, no doubt . The story is unique, I haven't read any stories similar to this one.
The book deserves more attention because Hijnks' writing style is amazing and the story is really really good and interesting. I highly recommend it. I can't wait for thursday and sunday to come<3. So, please do read the story.
A note to Hijnks. I'm really amaze with your writings, seriously. You have this kind of character that I can't even explain. Just keep on writing and pursuing your dreams. I will keep on supporting you.
