Sarah

"SARAH!"

His whimpering brought me back to reality, the sense over whelming.

"Sarah"

I try to sit up but my body felt like a rock.

"Chris" I attempted to call out to him but my throat was so dry.

"Chris" my second attempt was still so quiet but it was loud enough to wake him.

The sight of my brother was overwhelming, for reasons not even known by myself

"Sarah? Oh thank god your alright." He hugs me and only releases when he realises I'm wincing.

"Sorry, forgot about the ribs."

"Water." I could only say one worded sentences, it burnt to try any more.

"NURSE!" he screamed, a little to loud for my already pounding head.

In record speed a nurse came into my room, which looked like a private suit, I'm rich?

"Hello Sarah I'm Emily, your nurse. How are you feeling?"

"Water." I repeat with urgency

The nurse poured me a glass of water and sat me up. I reluctantly took the glass from her hand and sipped on the water.

"Sarah how are you feeling?"

"My head hurts, my body feels heavy."

"We will get you something for the pain. Can you tell me your name?"

"Sarah...." What was my last name?

"Your birthday?"

"I don't know." Why was she doing this to me, it hurt to try to remember.

"Do you remember what happened to you?"

"No."

"Sarah, you have been missing for just over a week. A truck driver found you on the side of the side of mystic highway. You were in pretty bad shape little sis. When you were brought in you had internal injuries including swelling of the brain. The doctors had to put you in a coma so the swelling would go down."
