Emily' Pov
After I finish work I head back to the Penthouse; exhausted.
(Erika really worked me out because I talked to a famous star without her "permission." Someone really needs to put that girl in her place.)
I sit down and look over the letter that Denise received as a threat.
I sigh.
Soryu: What's that your reading?
Soryu snatches the letter out of my hands.
Emily: Hey, give that back!
Soryu eyes widen as he read the letter.
Soryu: Who did you get this from?!
Emily: My sister...someone sent it to her...
(Is it me or does Soryu look kind of worried...)
Emily: Why? Do you know anything about who sent her that letter?
Soryu: I'm going to borrow this...
Soryu walks away.
Emily: Hey give that back! Ugh!
I sit back down.
Emily: Jerk!
Denise's Pov
I meet up with Takao inside the grocery shop.
Denise: Hey Takao.
Takao: Hey Denise.
We start to walk around the grocery store.
Takao: So, you said you were going to explain everything...
Denise: Ah...yes.
We go into the fruit section and Takao starts picking out fruits as I explain everything to him.
Denise: So practically someone sent me these texts saying a bunch of random things and that's how I ended up in this whole mess...
I said finishing my explanation as obscure as I can be just in case anyone is around.
Takao: It all makes sense now.
We get to the cash register and when the cashier turns around we realize it's...Baba?!
Denise: Baba?!
Baba: Denise?!
Baba notices Takao and smirks.
Baba: Every time we meet, I see you with a different guy...if I didn't know you this well, I'd say you are a player yourself.
Denise: Baba, this is my ex's friend...
Takao: (whisper) Do you mean Yamato or Saeki?
Baba raises his eyebrow.
(Thanks a lot Takao...apparently you can't whisper low enough!)
Denise: Of course I meant Saeki...Yamato and I never went out...
Takao: But indeed you still love Yamato?
Baba smirks.
Denise: Okay! Let's stop talking about my love life and pay for these groceries...
Baba starts to scan the items.
Denise: Why are you here Baba, anyways?
Baba: I have a part time job here. It takes the thriller out of my life and I can actually be normal for once.
(I can't believe he would actually say that in front of Takao.)
Denise: Well, I guess we're no different then.
