Rekindled bonds
make the endless sounds
of life be the light
of hope
seem endless
Hidden passions unfold
and the rosebuds bloom
in the dawn of spring
Fiery emotions
take toll
years of secrets
break the dam
so sweet is the nectar of love
Unforbidden is the fruit
of burning need.
Delicious is the warmth
of someone's arms.
Bitter is the pits of cold
in the loneliness of despair.
Harsh is the unknown
and the unwelcomed
human
who knows not
the aroma of strength
Pity on those
who are empty
and greatness on those who know.
