Part Five

That late afternoon, nasa kwarto na kami ni Warren, the squad decided to take a nap after ng gulo namin kanina sa living room and after exchange of mahal kita's. It was so awkwardly cute. Alam niyo yon, it should be normal for us pero ang cringe-y na sweet. 

Dati we are not really comfortable showing our love to each other pero ngayon, gusto mo pagsusuntukin yung mga kaibigan mo lalo na if they're being mushy mushy in front of you

Then I realized

Baka ganun rin feeling nila sa amin ni Warren everytime we are baby-ing each other

"What are you thinking?" Warren asked. I am sitting sa harap ng glass window with an amazing overview of the lake 

Warren sat beside me

"Tomorrow, I have a quick sched pagdating natin" he said

"Agad agad talaga?"

"Yes pero sa hotel lang yon, you can come" he grinned "I'm going to meet yung isang model na makakasama ko sa shoot, remember the clothing brand?"

"Aaaaaah~" I said while nodding "pwede talaga ako sumama?"

"Yes, lunch out lang yun sa resto sa underground ng hotel. I'm thinking na you should also meet her, gusto ko rin makilala mo yung mga makakatrabaho ko from now on. Well, kung hindi ka busy"

"Pupunta lang naman ako kina Tammy sa hapon" I said "I'll be with you" I cheeky smiled

"Okay great!" he exclaimed and hugged me tight

Suddenly, we heard a knock on the door and when Warren opened, it's Britz

"Pinasasabi ni Rion na may Sky Lantern event daw mamaya sa Lake ground, game ba?" he asked

"Suuuuure!" I reacted and napatawa si Warren

"Alam mo na ang sagot" Warren said

"Good" Britz grinned

Yung akala mo wala na kayong gagawin pero may event pala mamaya. Maybe this will be one of the most memorable vacation we had so far. Napaka-spontaneous, mas importante ang tulog, kain tapos tulog ulit.

After umalis ni Britz, we had small talk ni Warren about kina Kyle and Sarah and kay Mayumi. Wala na rin kasi kaming balita since she quit the modelling industry

"I just hope they are all living well today" Warren said looking at me "ang dami dami mong iniisip,remember sinabi ni Britz? We should stop including others sa circle natin today, ang alam ko lang rin, mas mahal kita today compare before"

"Alam mo kapag ikaw gumagamit ng mga lines ni Britz, super super cringe-y baby, please stop" I said and he laughed "I just realized that they are also a part of what we are right now. Sila naging instrument for us to be stronger diba?"

"Yes pero syempre, their page sa life story natin has somewhat ended since we already got the lesson na dinala nila for us" Warren explained and I nodded "you know what you need to do?"

"What?"

"Get ready for the Sky Lantern festival" he said 

"Uhhm, do you have yellow outfit? Let's be a showy couple tonight"

"I think dala ko yung college hoodie ko na yellow" he replied 

"I have yellow jacket too" I grinned

Rion said na tinext lang daw siya ng tita niya about sa Sky Lantern event. Wala rin siyang idea about it since usually, wala naman daw city events during times like this pero dahil may bubuksan na park sa lake ground, may pa-event ng Sky Lantern
