Need help

Hey guys I need help writing the next chapter. I have Cherokee at the prison and Daryl at Woodberry. Also Daryl leaves with Merle and I want Cherokee to go with them but I don't know how because she's at the prison. If any of you guys could give me ideas that would help a lot. Thanks
