Standing in the shower, Lissa closed her eyes letting the hot water and steam seep into her skin and overwhelm her senses. However as she did so, vivid eyes the color of the Caribbean waters appeared before her.

Lissa opened her eyes back up abruptly. Groaning she laid her head against the tiled shower wall. Stupid Will Darcy with his gorgeous eyes and awful personality. A prenuptial agreement... And he wanted her to tell Jean first.

"What an ass!"

~~~
Will was approaching the bathroom door to brush his teeth when he heard running water on the other end. Turning around, he was about to leave when he heard "What an ass!"
Turning back around to face the door, he stopped as he realized that it sounded very much like Lissa Bennet.
Raising his brow, he stared at the door. His intuition was telling him that the ass in question was most likely him.
Drying her hair with her towel as she went, Lissa hummed Fleetwood Mac under her breath.
"Nice shower?"
She was greeted with when she opened the door, causing her to nearly jump out of her skin and drop her towel in the process. "What, what are you?!" She sputtered as she saw Will Darcy leaning against the wall just a few feet away from the bathroom looking very nonplussed by his proximity to the bathroom.
"You take bloody long showers," Will answered, his arms still crossed but this time an amused grin tugged at the edge of his lips. His eyes never leaving her figure.
Lissa couldn't help but blush at his unwavering gaze.
"In Italy there's less hot water to go by," Lissa finally said as she looked up at him, challenging just so he wouldn't know how his gaze unnerved her. Will Darcy was most certainly a jerk, but he was much too easy on the eyes for her comfort.
"Of course," Will nodded before straightening himself up.
Lissa didn't dare blink as he strode towards her. However when he stood in front of her, she couldn't help but be annoyed because she had to crane her head to look into his eyes. And she wasn't even that short! He was just that tall!
"I most certainly hope, Ms. Bennet that you were merely only shampooing when you called my nickname, oh so fondly." He quirked a brow.
Lissa's jaw dropped but before she could retort, Will took two steps with his long strides, then promptly closed the bathroom door behind him. Whirling around furiously after gathering her wits, Lissa banged on the door. "I was, I would never!" She angrily sputtered. "Get back out here you ass and face me like a m-"
"Elisabeth Bennet, language!" Mrs. Bennet's voice echoed up the stairs from the parlor room. "Ladies do not curse and just who are you calling such names?!"
Lissa threw her hands up as she glared at the door. "Just a telemarketer Mother!" She yelled down the stairs knowing just how much of a fit her mother would throw if she knew it was Will Darcy who she was yelling at.
"Oh, and Elisabeth, ladies do not yell throughout the house!" Mrs. Bennet admonished by once again yelling up the stairs.
Lissa closed her eyes at the irony of the words. Her mother...
Will had to cover his mouth with a fist to his lips so that his chuckles wouldn't be heard. Oh yes, he was no longer bored.
~~~

"This is ridiculous." Will said as he looked around, not believing in the slightest that Chase had dragged him into the town's local dance hall of all places.
