V - I Ask The Moon

If the stars begin to shine,
And glimmer lights of pretty blue,
I'd stare, collect, and count them all,
To make gifts of them—from me, to you.

What worlds there are aplenty,
Too many to be true,
But none compare a perfect place,
Than being next to you.

I've traveled far and over yonder,
And been at every part,
Yet yearn no-more,
Than to explore,
The love within your heart.

I wonder then, much later noon,
At how I could've spared our love,
I wonder then, I ask the moon,
"Does her heart still reside above?"

The same love I once held before,
Has gone so far away,
Still I can't help but stay and wait,
For the love that's gone astray,
Still I can't help but stay and wait,
Her heart might show someday,
Still I can't help but stay and wait,

Still I can't,

Still I can't,

Still I can't...

Still I can't
