Twisting and turning in your bed, you were too scared to go to sleep. What if that dream would haunt your sleep again? About for a month now, you have been had the same dream. Well, at least variations of this dream, but the ending would always be the same.

A boy would show up. His face was blurred, except for his eyes and mouth. His eyes had crimson red irises, and the sclera was black instead of white. The colour of his hair could be seen even through the blurriness. Purple hair. You thought this was funny, because you had never seen a guy dye his hair before. It would be even stranger if that was his natural hair colour.

Right before the dream would end, the boy would say something. It would always be the same thing. You had seen the dream enough times already to recognize the motion his lips made. But as you weren't able to hear it, and you found lip reading very difficult, you still haven't figured out what the boy was saying.

4 a.m. Tomorrow you would have school again. The only person that knew about your insomnia was your best friend, Hinami Fueguchi. She was in the same class as you, so you've known her for ages. She was the only one you could trust to keep your secret.

You couldn't tell your parents. They worked at the CCG's (chemical computing group) molecular simulation department. (A/n: I tried to make a different meaning for CCG, as this story will not be following the Tokyo Ghoul story line. Supposedly no one knows about the existence of ghouls. Here is the link I found this from.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemical_Computing_Group )

As far as your parents knew, nothing was coincidence and destiny didn't exist. For them, everything was facts. So telling them about a dream you have been having repeatedly and saying there was always this one boy that showed up, wasn't going to make them believe you.

If you told your teachers, they would probably tell your parents, and say that you need to go to a mental institution or something in those lines. So the only person left, was Hinami.

Hinami had thought of a theory. When you were small, the witches placed a spell upon you, that was sealed in the scar you had on your right arm. The scar you had looked like a tiger had scratched you, and now its nails were imprinted in your skin forever. Anyway, Hinami thought that when the time had come, the seal would break, releasing the spell.

The scary thing was that, every time you woke up from one of those dreams, your scar hurt. You had even made a doctor’s appointment without your parents knowing, to see if anything was wrong with your scar. After the doctor had said everything was perfectly fine, Hinami's theory started making sense.

But you still weren't completely sure... Hinami did read a lot of books... Especially books about witches and spells.

With all this thinking, you were starting to feel sleepy. Your thoughts became clouded, and keeping your eyes open was nearly impossible now. As you drifted off into sleep, you prayed that the mysterious boy wouldn't show up this time.

"F/n... F/n... F/n!" A voice was shouting your name. "Mom... Five more minutes please, I promise I'll be there in five minutes..." You said sleepily. "F/n, I'm not your mom, it's your best friends, Hinami. Now if you don't wake up, we're going to be late for a special announcement from the principle."

Opening your eyes, you saw a shadow above you. Letting your eyes get used to the light, you saw it was indeed Hinami. "F/n." She said seriously. "Class starts in thirty minutes." And with this she walked away.

Thirty minutes? Crap. You jumped out of bed and at the speed of light you changed into your school uniform. Running to the kitchen to get your bag, Hinami was standing at the end of the staircase, holding up a piece of bread. You opened your mouth, grabbing the bread with your teeth.
