Summary: Simon Cowell started a Dating Competition and asked.... okay forced 1D to be the guys.
Everyday each guy goes on a date with 2 girls(each)[1] and at the end of the week 5 girls will be eliminated. This will keep going until only 10 girls are left.
Once they reach the Final 10 each guy will pick 1 girl (that's 5 girls total) to be their One Thing...
because business and pleasure(aka love) can mix and have fantastic resulta sometimes....
