First Day of Classes #8

I woke up to my alarm going to it was
7:00am my math class didn't start until 9:00am but I Know I take a while to get ready and go to the cafeteria for some breakfast. This is everyone's first day for everyone but school started last week, it's my freshman year of college so I still needed to take gen Ed classes. I got up took out my clothes and hoped in the shower after like 20 I got out the shower wishing my body and put on my outfit for the day

I did a simple makeup look fix my bed up spray the room and walked over to the door it was this empty feeling I had inside and it was probably because my still hadn't come back to the house yet and it was already Monday I shook my head I closed the door and locked it up I went to my car heading toward campus

*10 minutes later*
I arrived to the cafeteria everything was set out like a buffet type so I went over got to play and got what I wanted I looked around for an empty see in there was one by the window I sat there on my phone and started eating my breakfast. As I was looking around I noticed the Maya and that girl Kendra they were laughing and talking while they were picking up their food. A sense of annoyance and anger welled up inside of me, was she the reason why she didn't want to come home? Was she the reason why she didn't want to talk to me? I got up and threw my food away I did want to do well on the situation anymore it was about time for me to go to class anyway I walked to the other side of the campus and interred the basics building I looked around from room 206 that's where my math class was going to be held I was looking down on my schedule not really paying any mind to my surroundings when Ir bumped into someone

"Oh I'm sorry" we both said in unison slicking up at each other and giggles at the same time

"Sorry my name is Kayla I was looking at my schedule trying to find my math class" I said with my hand out ready to Shake hers

"Yea same here" she giggled some more " my name is Amanda" she shook my hand

" What class are you looking for" I asked

" I'm actually a freshman here and new to the campus so I'm looking for my math class my schedule says room 206" she said with a confused face looking at her schedule and looking around the halls

" Same here. Let's keep going down some" I said we both started walking down the hall we

We found the class and there was already students taking their seats we both sat next to each other and waiting for the professor to come in

After like 5 minutes to professor came in and introduced himself to the class and handed out the syllabus and talked about what we will be working on for the semester even though he's already covered that the week before it was for anybody who was new. After that he started his lecture that lasted for about 2 hours. After class near me and Amanda exchange numbers and went our separate ways she seem pretty chill. I made my way back to my car when my phone started ringing.

"Hey what's up ma how was your first day"

I smelled really hard opening my car door and hopping into the car

" It was all right besides the fact that I got homework already but it's cool or whatever"

" Oh word that's what's up but what you finna get into now"

"I'm about to head to my dorm do this homework and then chill"

"Oh I ight bet well I'm finna go to work but I'll catch you later just wanted to make sure you had a great first day"

" Thanks Mark that means a lot talk to you later" and with that being said we hung up. I was driving to my dorm. After 10 minutes I'm driving I got to the door unlock the door throw my stuff on the bed got undressed took a shower put on some night clothes and began doing my homework. After doing my homework which was definitely not easy and I honestly hate math I turned on the TV I started watching my show Rick and Morty. I ordered me some pizza so I was all set in the room by myself i was still pissed me off that maya hasn't come back yet to talk about the situation and try to avoid me and then to see her today with Kendra irk my nerves but why do I even care maybe it's because I miss her company but whatever I slowly drifted to sleep thinking of a new day tomorrow
