I've had more than enough patience with the beta of Logan's pack. I never understood how he can tolerate him, he's just so annoying. The wolves have come around to me but not Luke.

"Listen and listen good. Luke hates your guts because 'Logan broke up with him for you' which is entirely bullshit since Logan knew you two were soulmates when he was three. I'm telling you this because Logan won't talk about his past cause it's pretty horrid, but Luke cheated on him and lied to him about it. Logan focused on working out his feelings for you while Luke's uncle, the man who almost killed Logan, put together a new pack, including Logan, Luke, me, Parker, Damien, Zane, and Caden. Their differences were settled with a stand off against each other for dominance. Anyways, Luke is still attached to Logan but found his mate. The pack would've almost turned against him if that coward's father didn't come find us." Adrian explained as we walked to my class. I pulled my wrist out of grasp and walked beside him. "Tyler- I didn't mean-" I covered his mouth and pulled him into the bathroom, "It's fine, but can you take care of Logan afterschool? I have to get our work done and get my siblings. He's either at home or at the hospital. I haven't seen him at all and he probably doesn't want to see me right now. So, please?" He nodded and removed my hand before we headed our separate ways to class.

A sharp pain rose in my side causing me to bite my lip instead of groaning. I got out of class, seeing Logan struggling to get up off the floor and a guy standing over him. "Hey!" I hissed at the guy. He made eye contact with me and smirked, gripping the knives in his hands. I glared him down and dodged his every move. I bit into his neck, throwing his knives off to the side, then throwing him back down the hallway. Logan got up and looked at me. His body was covered with bruises, but his neck was bruised the most, he was so tense that it made me uncomfortable. He looked away and punched the guy in the face, "You're not supposed to be here."
"Well I'm already here." The boy smirked and pushed Logan off. I grabbed his wrists, gripping them around his back, starting to bruise them.

I bit deeply into his neck, causing him to groan. "You're going to regret coming to this school." Logan growled, hoarsely, wrapping his fingers around his throat. I pulled away from the boy's neck, wiping my lip. The boy gasped for air, squirming under him, "You can try to hurt me, but I'll always win." The older growled, letting go of him, leaving the building.

"You could just.. tell us.. what's going on, you know?" My mother spoke. I nodded, playing with my ring, "You mean that I can only tell you because everyone else in this house, besides Bri, hates lycanthropes since they're our enemy and I'm madly in love with one after I rejected him because my father got into my head?" She sighed deeply and looked at me, "Tyler, Elijah, I mean your father, was trying to do what was right-"
I slammed my fists against the countertop and glared at her, "And he was wrong! Logan's getting hurt and he's never gotten hurt unless it was by another animal not a human! He's only been seen as our top #1 player on the football team and no one cares about who he really is! I'm sorry that he's the enemy of our species but he doesn't mean any harm to me or anyone."

She was taken abroad and lost eye contact with me. I looked down and sighed, "I'm sorry.. it's just-"
"You're in love. You're just expressing your feelings for him. I know what you're going through because everyone's been through it." She whispered. "Why do you smell like mutt?" My older brother, Kyle asked. "I go to a school filled with mutts?" I looked at him. He eyed me, nodding slowly. "How was your day, Kyle?" My mother asked him, sweetly. He shrugged, "That Logan kid came to my school looking for Blake who happened to move to a different school. Rumor has it, he's a werewolf and vampire hunter but mainly kills werewolves." "What does he look like?" I asked. "What does it matter to you?!" He hissed. "I was just asking you a question!" I hissed back.
"Boys."
"You're with the wolves, aren't you?"
"What does it matter? I just asked what the guy looked like."
He slowly pinned me up against the wall, eyes glowing red, causing my eyes to turn red as well, "That's none of your business, little brother."
"It's my business, if he goes to my school."
"Boys!"
We both turned into the direction of our mother as she crossed her arms, "I'm not in the mood to hear your stupid bickering over a rumor."
