Hold my hand as we walk,
For this might be the last time.
Talk to me until midnight,
For this might be the last chance.
Call my name every minute,
For it might be forgotten.
Build memories out of this day,
You may keep it forever.
Walk with me along this endless road,
For this might be our last journey together.
Hug me as we sit in this bench,
For this might be my last day.
Stay with me and seize this day,
Because tomorrow for me may never be another day.
