Friday in Glee Club Practice:

"OK guys, it's the last day of the week. The only people who haven't gone yet, are Kitty, Marley, & Madison. Who's up first?" Will asked.  "I'll go Mr. Schue." Madison said. "The floor is yours." Will stated. Madison began to sing:

Guess there are times when we all need to share a little pain
And ironing out the rough spots
Is the hardest part when memories remain

And it's times like these when we all need to hear the radio
'Cause from the lips of some old singer
We can share the troubles we already know

Turn 'em on, turn 'em on
Turn on those sad songs
When all hope is gone
Why don't you tune in and turn them on

They reach into your room, oh oh oh
Just feel their gentle touch (gentle touch)
When all hope is gone
Sad songs say so much

If someone else is suffering enough oh to write it down
When every single word makes sense
Then it's easier to have those songs around

The kick inside is in the line that finally gets to you
And it feels so good to hurt so bad
And suffer just enough to sing the blues

So turn 'em on, turn 'em on
Turn on those sad songs
When all hope is gone
Why don't you tune in and turn them on

They reach into your room, oh oh oh
Just feel their gentle touch (gentle touch)
When all hope is gone
You know sad songs say so much

Sad songs, they say
Sad songs, they say
Sad songs, they say
Sad songs, they say so much

So, turn 'em on, (turn 'em on), turn 'em on, (turn 'em on)
Turn on those sad songs
When all hope is gone
Why don't you tune in and turn them on

They reach into your room, oh oh oh
Just feel their gentle touch (gentle touch)
When all hope is gone
You know sad songs say so much

When all hope is gone
You know sad songs say so much

When ever little bit of hope is gone
Sad songs say so much

When ever little bit of hope is gone
Sad songs say so much

When all hope is gone
Sad songs say so much

The Glee Club applauded and cheered Madison's performance. "Great job Madison." Will said. "OK Kitty & Marley, it's down to you two." "I'll go next." Marley said. "Take it away then." Will said. Marley began to sing:

It's a human sign
When things go wrong
When the scent of her lingers
And temptation's strong

Into the boundary
Of each married man
Sweet deceit comes calling
And negativity lands

Cold, cold heart
Hard done by you
Some things look better, baby
Just passing through

And it's no sacrifice
Just a simple word
It's two hearts living
In two separate worlds

But it's no sacrifice
No sacrifice
It's no sacrifice at all

Mutual misunderstanding
After the fact
Sensitivity builds a prison
In the final act

We lose direction
No stone unturned
No tears to damn you
When jealousy burns

Cold, cold heart
Hard done by you
Some things look better, baby
Just passing through

And it's no sacrifice
Just a simple word
It's two hearts living
In two separate worlds

But it's no sacrifice
No sacrifice
It's no sacrifice at all

Cold, cold heart
Hard done by you
Some things look better, baby
Just passing through

And it's no sacrifice
Just a simple word
It's two hearts living
In two separate worlds

But it's no sacrifice
No sacrifice
It's no sacrifice at all

No sacrifice at all

No sacrifice at all

No sacrifice at all

No sacrifice at all

The Glee club clapped. Kitty had tears of joy in her eyes after the performance. "Great job Marley." Will said. "Thank you." Marley said as she smiled warmly. "OK Kitty, it's all down to you." Kitty nodded, and stood up. "Before I sing, I'd like to dedicate this song to my girlfriend Marley Rose." Marley smiled warmly back at Kitty. Kitty smiled back at her lovingly and then began to sing:

There was a time
I was everything and nothing all in one
When you found me
I was feeling like a cloud across the sun

I need to tell you
How you light up every second of the day
But in the moonlight
You just shine like a beacon on the bay

And I can't explain
But it's something about the way you look tonight
Takes my breath away
It's that feeling I get about you, deep inside

And I can't describe
But it's something about the way you look tonight
Takes my breath away
The way you look tonight

With your smile
You pull the deepest secrets from my heart
In all honesty
I'm speechless and I don't know where to start

And I can't explain

But it's something about the way you look tonight
Oh, it takes my breath away
It's that feeling I get about you, deep inside

And I can't describe

But it's something about the way you look tonight
Takes my breath away
The way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

(The way you look) the way you look tonight

The way you look tonight

The Glee club applauded and awed at Kitty's performance. Marley ran over to embrace her girlfriend. "Thank you." She said. "I love you." Kitty replied. "I love you too." Marley said back. "I guess that's it for the week." Sam said. "On the contrary, we have a special surprise for all of you." Kitty said. "Yeah, it just so happens, we have one more performance this week." Marley continued. "Let's just say this guy is happy because he's saying "I'm still standing." Spencer quipped. Kitty cleared her throat: "Ladies and gentleman, please welcome back my brother and Elton John super-fan, Mr. Scott Wilson!!!" Scott entered the choir room to a thunderous round of applause and cheers. Each member of the Glee club got up and embraced him one-by-one. "We're so glad you're back." Unique said. "Me too, I really missed you guys." Scott replied warmly. "We missed you." Jane said. "OK, I got something to say to all of you." Scott said. The Glee club all sat down and listened. "This was one of the biggest scares of my life, and it made me realize the important things in my life. I know that moving forward, it will be a struggle for me health-wise, but I know that I won't have to face it alone, and I'll have the love and support of the Glee club and my family and friends to pull me through; With that being said, Mr. Schue, I'd like to sing a very special song." "By all means Scott." Will said. Scott cleared his throat, then began to sing:
