Hey guys, I know I haven’t updated in a while, my girlfriend was distracting me a lot, but we broke up now sooo… ladies ;) ? haha no, anyways I changed a few things and Klaudia’s second power is different, and for those of you that didn’t read the rewrites here is a little summery of what I added in
New character :
Gaberial, he has a power as well, a power to take and give energy to and from living things, he was there when Klaudia and Sky got their powers, he lives with Sky at the apartment and attends the same school, but he isn’t very involed because he wants to move on with his own life.
That’s pretty much all I added
So continuing, I will update more often because I don’t have any distractions right now unless I get a new girlfriend soon, but I don’t think that will happen, anyways here is the new chapter!
Sky’s point of view
Scarlet was still carrying me and we walked about 6 blocks and im surprised she isn’t tired yet,
“so Scarlet where exactly are you taking me?”
“I told you we are gonna have some fun”
“uh-huh… well are we gonna take the train?”
“yup I don’t exactly see a car here that will take us”
“umm so you haven’t noticed the limo following us have you?”
“what” scar asked confused as the limo once again passed us, this time I flagged it down and it pulled over
“was that there the whole time?” scar whispered in my ear. I giggled at her clueless ness and nodded.
We got in and I introduced the two.
“Alfred this is Scarlet, she is a friend from school, Scars this is my driver Alfred”
“is your name really Alfred like from batman?” she asked as she shook his hand
“haha no my name is William but Skyler has trouble remembering that so she says Alfred, I have no problem being the cool butler from batman anyways, I do look like him though” he stated… wait… his name isn’t Alfred??
She whispered in his ear where we were going and sat back down with me.
A while later we finally stopped and I went to look at where we were, the bright lights made my head spin as I realized we were in Astroland, sorry, I forgot its called Luna Park now because it was renovated (a/n for those of you that don’t know what this is, it is an amusement park that is near a beach in Brooklyn called Coney Island)
I smiled widely at her, I love amusement parks!!! I tackled her with a hug
“ok ok lets play that game!!” I yelled as I pulled a chuckling Scarlet behind me
game after game we played, and she spent so much money, and we only won two prizes, a little stuffed duck, and a purple monster hat, I put on the little hat and stared at her
“awwwww you look sooo cute!!” she cooed at me,
“hush up” I said and pulled the hat on her, and as soon as I did I burst out laughing
“aww look at serious Scarlet looking like a little girl!!” I laughed she scowled at me, took it off and pulled me toward the Ferris wheel
“no no no im not getting on that!” but I was pulled on anyways..
“uhh Scarlet” I said
“yeah babe?”
“umm im scared of heights…” as soon as those words left my mouth, Scarlet pulled me close to her
“close your eyes… im sorry I made you get on… I didn’t know…” she said and I did as she said
“its alright, not your fault”
she hummed a calming tune that helped me relax. I sat on her lap with my face buried on her neck, and she just sat there and held me as she hummed, and next thing you know I was alright, I didnt feel like I was up so high, all I felt was that I was happy being here in her arms… wait… what did I just say? Damn it why was she being all nice today, why isn’t she being cocky and annoying as usual.
I wanted to be angry, but her just humming made sleepy and my thoughts couldn’t form correctly, but I tried to get my words out.
“why are you being so nice to me?” I mumbled in a sleepy voice
“im not a mean person, I just… I don’t know… if you aren’t mean to me, then I wont be mean back, and you were nice to me first, so the real question is why are you being nice to me?”
“because-“ was all I said before I drifted to sleep in her arms, in what I would think to be one of the scariest places in the world.
