Calum

"See you later, Jess." I smiled as I packed my stuff up.

"Don't stay too long." She warned.

"I won't, I just need to give the English stats to Miss Smith and then I'm going home." I nodded.

"You promise?" she asked.

"I promise." I chuckled.

"Okay. Have a good weekend." She smiled.

"And you." I returned as I left the classroom. I walked down the school corridor, pushing my glasses up my nose as I walked. I got to Miss Smith's classroom and walked in, my eyes on the sheets.

"Sorry to barge in, miss, but I have the stats-." I looked up and my eyes widened as the classroom was completely deserted apart from Calum Hood sitting at a table. He looked at me with wide eyes.

"I-I'm sorry, I was looking for Miss Smith." I gulped.

"She just left. She'll be back soon." He nodded. I returned it.

"Hey, it's Y/N, right?" he asked, making me nod.

"Um, yeah. And you're Calum." I returned.

"Yeah. I'm surprised that you know me as my name and not "asshole Hood"." He chuckled.

"Well, I know you as both." I admitted. He chuckled before looking at me.

"Do you think you could help me with this? I know you're really good at English, and I need to do this before I go, and I just want to go home." He chuckled. I nodded as I walked towards him.

"Sure." I smiled. He returned it as I sat down next to him.

"Thanks for this. I appreciate this." He smiled.

"Any time." I returned.

Luke

"Just get away from me." I mumbled as I walked through the shopping centre, Charlie following closely behind.

"No, I'm your fucking boyfriend." He spat.

"No, you're not, Charlie. Just leave me alone." I choked.

"That's not happening." I gasped as he grabbed my wrist and turned me around.

"You're hurting me-."

"I don't care." He spat.

"Please, you're hurting me-."

"You heard her, let her go." Charlie let me go and I turned around. My eyes widened as I saw Luke Hemmings stood there, hands shoved into his leather jacket pockets.

"Back the fuck off, Hemmings." Charlie spat.

"I'm not the one who needs to back off. Leave her alone, Charlie." Luke snapped. Charlie scoffed and shook his head. Luke looked at me.

"You want to come with me?" he asked. I nodded, quickly walking towards him. Luke glared at Charlie before walking away with me.

"Are you hurt?" he asked, taking my wrist gently.

"I'm okay, Luke." I gave him a small smile. He returned it as we continued to walk.

Michael

I sat in the tattoo parlour, drawing designs. I pushed my glasses up my nose, sighing as I was bored out of my mind. I groaned internally as I heard the front door bell go and someone walk in.

"Y/N Y/L/N?" I looked up and my eyes widened.

"Michael Clifford?" I scoffed.

"Wow. I thought that the one place I wouldn't find the school's biggest nerd would be in the tattoo parlour." He smirked. I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, well, my dad owns it and I'm a good drawer, so it's the easiest job I can get." I mumbled. He chuckled and nodded before walking up to the counter.

"So, I'm here for a tattoo." He smiled.

"Oh, I thought you were here to buy a bag of apples." I mumbled, making him chuckle.

"Are you going to do my tattoo or not?" he smiled. I sighed.

"Through here." I spoke, pushing back the curtain and leading him through.

"So, what are you getting and where are you getting it?" I asked as Michael sat down.

"I want "mum" on my wrist." He nodded, rolling his sleeve up.

"Wow, Michael, that's actually really sweet." I smiled.

"Don't act so surprised." He chuckled.

"Sorry. This is going to hurt." I warned before starting the tattoo.

"Ah." He hissed. I looked at him.

"You want to hold my hand?" I asked.

"Okay, I get that this is weird, but no need to mock me." He mumbled.

"I'm not mocking you. Plenty of clients hold my hand to deal with the pain." I shrugged. He sighed before taking my hand.

"Don't worry, it'll all be over soon." I reassured before starting the tattoo again.

Ashton

I walked into the diner and took a seat.

"Hey, stranger." Simon chuckled as he walked to my table and poured my coffee.

"Hey." I smiled, getting out my books and papers.

"Oh, I just want to warn you about something." He sighed as he sat down next to me.

"Okay." I nodded as I started to sip my coffee.

"Erm, I was short-staffed, so I hired Ashton Irwin." My eyes widened as I choked on my coffee. I looked at him.

"What the fuck have I ever done to you?" I groaned.

"I'm sorry, I needed another waiter, he needed a job. He's really good, you know." He smiled. I sighed.

"You're lucky you're like a brother to me, otherwise, you'd get a very hard kick in the balls." I grumbled. He chuckled before standing up.

"Love you too, Y/N." he smiled before walking away. I groaned and held my head in my hands.

"More coffee?" I looked up and sighed as Ashton stood over me.

"Did you spit in it?" I mumbled. He chuckled and shook his head before pouring some into my mug.

"Thank you." I spoke, drinking my coffee.

"What you working on?" he asked, sitting down opposite me. I looked at him.

"Why do you care?" I scoffed.

"Well, because I need help in some subjects, and if you're good at said subjects, I was going to ask to be tutored." He smiled.

"I'm good at every subject." I mumbled.

"Will you tutor me then?" he asked. I sighed.

"Fine." I nodded.

"Yay, thanks." He chuckled before standing up and walking away again.
