Slight detour before we get into the succulents.
Have you noticed your succulent is growing more upright than usual? The leaves appear stretched out a little? Something like this:
This means that your succulent needs more sunlight. It isn't getting enough from where it currently is.
There isn't much that can be done for the succulent eccept to propagate it, and then when you have the new growths, make sure those get enough sunlight from the start to ensure proper growth.
Before it gets that bad, though, there are some things to recognize so the plants don't get too bad, and can get back on track.
Succulents not getting enough sunlight will start to tunr their leaves down. Basically, that means the leaves will be more exposed on the top, so the plant can get as much sunlight on the leaves as possible.
Once it starts leaning towards the sunlight, and stretching further apart, there isn't much to be done except propagate.
Hopefully this helps you guys learn how to tell what succulents need, and what they're lacking. Leave a comment if you've noticed anything that helps save your plants, or any tricks the newer folks should know.
