So now we've gotten past basic training we are going out with our partners on the force to handle crimes and see if we see anything odd or out of place
"Deputy Johnson?" I ask
"Yes officer jackson?" He asks smiling
"What are we doing?" I ask
"Basically patroling to make sure everything is fine and also you've heard about the gang violence right?" He asks
"Oh yeah the black dragons?" I ask
"Yep that's them" he says nodding
I sigh "this might be a bit personal but i had a run in with 3 of them officer whittenmore was with me and that's how we got here we literally kicked their asses" i say smiling
He laughs "amazing but they are still at large" he says smiling his hand brushes my thigh my eyes widen
"Omg I'm so so sorry! I was trying to get my water" he says nervously
I laugh "it's fine you didn't mean to"

"You sure? Cause I'd rather not get beatin up by devin" he says smiling
"I'll tell him it was an accident okay?" I ask smiling
He nods "great!"
《A few hours later after shifts》

Devin's POV
After shift ended carrie&i went out for drinks alexis said she was tired and wanted to stay in which i can understand we start off with gin and tonics then we decide to something strong whiskey shot straight no chaser
《Many drinks later》
"Carrie?" I ask
"Hmm?" She asks
"What are you doing?" I ask
She smiles "I'm rubbing you through your skinny jeans"
"I have a girlfriend" i say
She smiles and rubs faster i groan "please stop" i say
"Why? You obviously like it?" She asks
"Carrie we are drunk and don't know what we are saying" i say
She kisses me i kiss back {ugghhh she's a terrible kisser alexis kisses better than that but I'm so intoxicated that i don't even care}
We go to her place and have sex it was meaningless for me because i cheated on my beautiful girlfriend I'm such a scumbag 😭😭
《Next morning》
Alexis's POV
Devin didn't come home lastnight i wonder if he's okay? I hope so i know he and carrie went for drinks i just have a bad feeling i decide to text the girls

Alexis: CODE RED NEED YOU NOW!!!!! 😭😭😭
Ariana: yo! I'm up what's going on babes???
Camila: at your service babygirl what's going down??
Alexis: devin didn't come home lastnight he went out for drinks with carrie 😭😭
Camila: why didn't you go?
Alexis: i was so out of it lastnight 😭
Ariana: don't assume the worst yet okay? Just ask him when he gets back and text us okay?

"Hey beautiful" devin says smiling
I move away "don't touch me until you tell me why the HELL YOUR JUST NOW COMING IN THE DOOR?" i scream
He sighs "i had some drinks with carrie lastnight" he says
"NO SHIT CAPTAIN OBVIOUS I THOUGHT 2 DRINKS THEN YOU'D COME HOME?" i scream
"I'm really sorry alexis" he says crying
{I literally think my heart just stopped is he seriously trying to say he cheated on me?}
I freeze in place "no.. what? HOW COULD YOU?" i scream hitting his chest
"I'M SORRY BABY YOU WEREN'T THERE WE WE'RE DRUNK IT WAS A MISTAKE IT MEANT NOTHING TO ME" he says crying
I shake my head "I've gotta go" i say leaving i grab my phone,keys and a my purse
《Collin's grave》
"Collin, why would he do this to me? I thought he was the one! How can i trust him now? This is the second time he hasn't told me something except this time it's worse because another female kissed his lips,touched his face and-" i shake my head and cry
"Alexis, I'm here in spirit i know you can hear me I'm sorry for what happened with you and devin but please take care of yourself and don't give up" collin says
"Collin, i can't do this again i love him so much but i can't I've been through hell and back I'm just done i love you I'm leaving and don't know where I'm going" i say leaving his grave i finally arrive at my parents house at some point i fill them in on everything and they agree to let me lay low for a little while and to not let anyone else know where i am because they could tell devin and that's the last thing i want right now
