Alexis's POV
Well today is the day of the trial I'm dressed in a white tank top black blazer and black pencil skirt with black heels i put my hair in a bun and we head downtown to the court house
"All rise" the judge says "be seated" he says
"Everything will be fine" krist says smiling
I nod "your right" i say smiling
"Devin whittenmore" the judge says
"Yes your honor?" He asks
"You've been charged with use of illegal drugs and assult&battery how do you plead?" The judge asks
He sighs "guity your honor"
I feel tears trying to escape
"Alright, any wittness to this fight?" The judge asks
"Yes his girlfriend alexis jackson" his lawyer says
"Miss Jackson to the stand please" the judge says
I nod getting up i sit down and sighs
"No need to be nervous miss Jackson" devin's lawyer says
I nod "alright" i simply say
"Okay, has my client ever hit you?" She asks
"No" i say
"Has he ever made you feel uncomfortable? Or make you do something you didn't wanna?" She asks
"No"
"Alright, if my client is the monster people are saying he is don't you think he would have hit his girlfriend?" His lawyer asks
The jury mumbles to themselves
"That's what i thought" she says sitting down
"You may go sit down miss Jackson" the judge says "has the jury reached a verdict?"
"We have your honor we find the defendant guilty of all charges"
"I sentence you to 6 years in prison with parole if you have good behavior" the judge says smacking his gable
"You have 5 mins with your girlfriend" his lawyer says smiling and leaving
I hug him tightly he hugs back "i love you so much" i say crying
"I love you so much too my queen" he says kissing me passionately i kiss back we part
"Time's up punk!" A guard says dragging him away
I breakdown and krist hugs me tightly i hug back "look at it this way six years isn't that long besides with good behavior he could be out in 2 years" krist says smiling
I nod "i know i just miss him so much" i say crying
"Wanna go binge watch family guy with snacks?" Krist asks
I smile "you always know how to cheer me up" i say smiling
He nods "yep let's go!" He beams
I laugh and follow him
Once we get everything we need we head to my dorm and binge watch family guy episodes
"Peter is an idiot!" Krist beams
"Right? I like stewie" i say smiling
He laughs "didn't your dad call him that evil little bastard?" He asks through laughter
I laugh "oh my God yes he loved family guy and american dad" i say smiling
"Do you visit them?" He asks
"My mom called me lastnight and omg! My vlog is supposed to be up tommrow!" I beam grabbing my laptop
"Can i be in it?" He asks
"Obviously it's gonna be called "hanging with my old middle/high bestie" i say smiling
"Sweet!" He beams
{I've really missed krist he was always so nice and funny he always knows what to say when I'm down I'm glad he's back in my life as my bestfriend i wouldn't have it any other way}
