For once the doctor came in with some good news.
"The contusion seems to have been healing recently," The doctor said.
I looked at the physician through blurred vision.
"We will still have to monitor your brain activity, though, because this sudden healing is good, but was unpredicted."
Ah, of course. There is always a catch.
"We may still perform the surgery, though, as a precaution because your injury was quite severe."
