Chapter zero point three: outpower

I MISS THE DAYS

CHAPTER ZERO POINT THREE: OUTPOWER

"We all seek for lost things within us."

IT WAS A NORMAL DAY FOR THE EIGHT TEENS. Well as normal as being on an island were you can not age can get. The teens were lol sat by each other,just getting up to start and train. On this island all they had ever done was train or have fun. It didn't seem to bad,as long as you didn't get in Peter Pan's bad side.

No one was on his bad side. The rest of the lost boys were either terrified of him or followed him. Or both. But the eight teens wanted to avoid him.

It would be easy for the eight to take him down. If they had knew everything they were suppose to know. If only Mal and Evie knew the spells they were supposed to know at this age. If Carlos knew more he could have outsmarted Peter. If Gil wasn't so caring,he wouldn't care for that many people or if they got hurt. If Uma knew magic. If Harry didn't get easily distracted by either Uma, Gil, Jay, Carlos or Evie. If Jay knew how to get away from Pan.

They were all good at what they do. But not good enough to get away from Pan. And even if they were,where would they go?

All they knew was their the seas or this island. Or a place that no longer existed. They would have nothing. Although having each other would be enough for them,they would be on the run from Pan and his crew.

Jay has woken up in the middle of the night,looking over to see Gil wide awake. Jay rubbed his eyes, squinting to see in the dark.

Gil's eyes wondered over his friend's bodies. He had always done this. Stay awake and watch over them. He was always worried for them. But none of the friends knew that he stayed awake,watching over them.
"Gil,What are you doing awake?"

Gil looked over at Jay,surprised that he was awake. Gil shrugged his shoulders,turning his head back to his sleeping friends.
"I always stayed up for a little,making sure you guys are okay."

Jay looked over his friends,his eye lingering on the form of Carlos,who was moving around a lot. Gil moves forward,closer to Jay. His eyes in Carlos as he places his hand on the younger boy's shoulder. Jay titled his head,he never knew that Carlos had nightmares. Or that Gil stayed up and looked after them.

He knew why he stayed up to look after them. He didn't trust the rest of the lost boys. Especially Felix. As he would immediately go to Peter Pan. Even though they didn't go anything,it was the fact that they had hid from everyone else.
"How long do you normally stay up?"

Gil shrugged his shoulders,turning to Harry. Although all the kids had nightmares,especially Carlos. He was afraid of this whole island. The boys on it,were wild. They were savages.
"I don't know,an hour or two."

Jay looked at him,patting his back.
"Go to sleep. I'll take over for you."

Gil laid back down,giving Jay a smile.
"Goodnight, Jay."

Jay smiled back at him.
"Goodnight,Gil."

Soon Gil fell asleep,and Jay's smile faded as thier tiny conversation replayed in his head. Gil was a great friend. Jay looked up,seeing his surrounding. He wanted to get off this island,for his friends. None of them were happy here. None of them ever will be happy here.
Jay was their protecter. And he needed to find a way to outsmart or out-power Peter Pan,to save his friends. But how would he outpower kr outsmart Peter Pan?
