Some state govts tried HIV tests but that program failed....
How will HIV & AIDS be completely gone if educated people like you and me don't take an initiative to take a test, what will the illiterate lot do?
If we take tests, they follow. When many people do that, it becomes the norm of society...

Darling, I saw an innocent soul suffering. You would do the same if you see one of your friend or acquaintance is in that position. Until then, you wonder what's wrong with me. Untill then, you would choose ignorance over change... Untill then, you would choose society's smiles over frowns
