There were many protests held against virginity tests. I don't support it too...but that is a subject for another post... Now, HIV test is different from virginity test... both come under the umbrella of hush- hush topics but they are entirely different!
He has the right to ask....because her right to privacy cannot hamper his right to life.
And why should he alone get tested? HIV isn't like night blindness to target only males.
State governments of Andhra Pradesh , Goa and other states tried and failed to implement mandatory HIV testing.
Laws shouldn't motive the couple to get tested... mindset should motive them... Get tested. Save lives .
