What did you think? Would you like another part?

Brad's POV

They left me at home as they turned around and went over to Tris to get my stuff back. When I walked back in I shut my bedroom door and I didn't leave for the next two days unless I had to go to the bathroom.

My mom tried talking to me at first but then she just gave up. She brought me food which I barely touched. I knew that if dad were here and not on a trip it would be much different.

Today was the first day I had to leave the house. We had rehearsals. I couldn't bail on them, especially since our tour started soon. I sighed as I put on a turtleneck and some jeans. It wasn't my usual look, but it had to do for now. I didn't want to see the hickeys that still haven't faded and I certainly didn't want anyone else to look at them.

I looked at myself in the mirror before I left. I was a mess. My eyes were red and swollen. I looked like I haven't slept in days. My hair was a mess. And I didn't look like myself. I sighed as I took my car keys and left for Tristan's house were out next practice was held.

I walked up to the door shakily. I haven't seen him since the morning after the party. I was terrified. I knocked on the door, holding my breath. Luckily for me his mom opened the door

'Hi Bradley! It's so good to see you! Tris is in the garage, the boys haven't arrived yet' she said happily as she hugged me

I gulped. I was the first one here. Great. I made my way to the garage uneasily. I so didn't want to be there alone with him. My hand hesitated on the doorknob. Suddenly the door flew open and Tris was a few meters away from me

'Oh. I was just about to come in' I said uneasily

He was so shocked to see me.

'Hi. Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. Come in' he said as he stepped aside to let me in

'Would you like something to drink?' He asked

'No, thanks' I said quietly

He went to the kitchen while I went to the garage and sat down on the couch. My throat was so dry, I regretted not asking for anything. Tris was taking a long time in the kitchen so I decided to play the guitar a bit.

I messed around with a few chords, but then it hit me. A melody that has been going through my head for a while now. I began singing a few words I managed to come up with

How do i make it to you, babe?
'Cause i'm lost
And i don't know what to do, babe
Trying to see another point of view lately
I'm hoping you don't find someone new, babe
We don't need to wait it out
We should probably end it all right now
And i don't mean to weigh you down
We should probably end it all right now

If we're breaking up, we're breaking up, but just don't hate me
'Cause that's the only thing I couldn't live whit, baby
If you've had enough, you've had enough, just don't hate me
'Cause that's the only thing that's ever gonna break me

'That was beautiful' I heard him say and it startled me

'Thanks' I muttered as I put the guitar away

He walked up to me and handed me a cup

'I didn't ask for anything' I said confused

'I know... I made the special drink you make for yourself. I hope I got it right. I added some ginger, honey and lemon. Is that all?' He asked hopefully

I was stunned. Why was he like that?

'Yeah, that's perfect. Thank you' I said softly as I sat down on the couch
