"But how?" Clint asked, "we were watching him the whole time" "I don't understand either" said Natasha "we are the best trained assassins in the country just..." "how?" Everyone proclaimed "Friday" asked stark "Action replay the last hour" "Magic word sir" Friday replied earning some light chuckles from The Avengers lifting the mood ever so slightly, Tony made a mental note to erase that from Fridays programming and muttered under his breath "please" " I can't hear y.." Friday started but Tony cut her off due to his impatience "NOW Friday Peter's LIFE is at stake!" Friday revealed a large screen and the events of the last hour played before them. The avengers watched intently their hearts once again breaking as they relived seeing peter like that and them kneeling in front of a monster!
Peter was seen, bringing his foot down on Loki's who cried out, while Peter scrambled back to the avengers who had begun to Untie themselves "One thing you should've learned by now Loki is never to mess with The Avengers" Peters triumphant voice rang through the speakers Tony  sighed it here it was the one time Peter had seemed to have gotten over his ordeal and he longed to hear that again. "Friday we know this bit  fast forward to when we.." Clint started but felt choked up "when we.." Steve trailed off "left peter" Tony finished all The Avengers now looked ashamed how stupid had they been to have left Peter in that environment they should've known Loki better he was the God of tricks after all "Friday continue" stated Natasha " we can't dwell on this guys we can't change it but we can change the future"
Friday continued the replay "I vow to.." "SKIP THAT FRIDAY " Tony yelled •he couldn't see that again , he couldn't....he...let Peter down, everyone down HE COULD NOT SEE THAT AGAIN• the footage resumed to Loki retreating into the corner then something happened that they hadn't seen before Loki's eyes turned from the incoming  enclosing avengers to Peter his eyes brightened slightly and suddenly Loki was behind peter AND being cornered by the Avengers he lifted peter so he was standing and whispered something which made peters eyes widen and he nodded? "Friday go back and enhance audio!" Friday zoomed in and replayed Peter looked shocked when Loki  first pulled him up and placed his arm under his head rendering him helpless again, he went to shout but Loki ,with god like speed, placed his hand sharply over his mouth and whispered into his ear "come now Spidey" his voice unusually cool sending shivers down everyone spines "no resistance or " Loki threatened using his other hand to point at the  avengers still advancing at the illusion  ,whose backs were to them, "you will watch them die!" Peters eye filled with tears and nodding profusely they were gone  leaving illusion peter where real peter had been in EXACTLY the Same position in the same spot,  Natasha was then seen to have took A quick look at Peter and seeing nothing out of the ordinary had continued to advance and a few seconds later Loki's illusion had vanished also "dammed Spidey sense" Steve said "no wonder we didn't pick it up"  "clever" Bucky whispered "my brother has always been skilful" Thor replied shamefully suddenly Natasha's legs gave way and she collapsed "I could have saved him!" She timidly spoke  "I COULD HAVE SAVED HIM!" She yelled " if I'd of looked back sooner HE WOULD BE STANDING HERE NOW HE WOULD BE OK!!, HE WOULD BE....ok" Natasha shouted trailing off in worry
"Natasha we will find him" Bruce said Kneeling beside her "I hope so Bruce" said Tony and with an air of importance bellowed to his team "Clint, Natasha and Wanda start patrolling the city, Friday start looking for abandoned places hospitals, assylums, warehouses, anywhere without people inside! Bruce be on the lookout for heat signatures that could be the Spider-Man suit, remember he is still wearing it! Thor with me you know your brother better than anyone give me everything on all possible hiding places! The rest find me peter! I don't care how if it means breaking all the laws in the world PETER IS MORE IMPORTANT we need to move and fast people ! MOVE! MOVE MOVE!"
