Here enters another illness of my living,

Triggered from a sorrowful heartbreaking evening.

My head ached all night, while my vision turned non-white,

I symptomized it as a deficiency of my eyesight.

With few check ups, it resulted as 'Migraine',

My head felt as heavy as a crane.

My eyes felt sensitive to light,

My ears piqued to high pitched sound,

My nerves swelled up from the staggering pain,

I wanted to scream until from all the pain I refrain,

Suffocation slipped in, sweat all over my face.

Tying my forehead with a cloth,

Alone in my room, with lights off I loth.

When dusk arrived, my darkened vision troubled reading & writing,

I stifled wearing the Niqab of my Hijab,

Auroras woke me up with a buzzing throb.

When 'Vertigo' and 'Migraine' merged together,

Frightened walking on bridges and skyways, I feel madder.

Enjoying rides with my friends,

Or sipping coffee was almost banned.

I became tolerant to the pain from 'Fissures',

My Moments of Pain derived from Migraine,

Always made me feel insane!

Note: Migraine is a neurological disorder characterized by severe headache often in association with autonomic nervous system symptoms.

Niqab is a veil which covers the face, worn by Muslim women.

Hope you all like it.
