"so, you're a part of the student council?" hyemin asked, and was responded with a nod by jaehyun.
"mom was sick and i have to take care of her so i didn't come yesterday," he then said.
"what happened?"
"overworked herself again. she never really know her limits."
"as always, huh?" hyemin clamped her mouth shut.
"i mean, mo- she's very hardworking ... i didn't mean it that way," she trailed off, feeling bad. but jaehyun only let out a chuckle, showing his dimples.
"i know."
hyemin's heart clenched. she hasn't seen the person beside her for a long time- she missed him, the person who had given her the same comfort as her brother, who let her experience something she never thought she'd experience.
and jaehyun felt the same. he still felt guilty for what he had done. he was glad that she was okay in the hands of hwanwoong- the person jaehyun trusted her with the most.
"jae-" hyemin wanted to call out his name, but her soft voice was overlapped with a much louder one.
"JUNG JAEHYUN!!!"
