I was still in bed when my father started yelling at me. I didn't like my father because he was very strict. He always wanted me to study and  honestly, I didn't want to go to school anymore. I couldn't find any reason at all.

It was the usual day in our very busy city. Everyone was heading to their offices. My father dropped me off at school. I felt disgust when I saw my righteous teachers again so I decided not to go inside.

I went to a restaurant near my school to have a big breakfast because my father didn't know how to cook. We always ate ready-made food.

I was about to enter the restaurant when I smelled something stinky. I gazed around to see where it was coming from. Then I saw this old man. He's dirty. His mustache was long. He was wearing a bonnet and an old brown coat. I felt disgusted so I went in and left him.

I already finished breakfast when I notice the man was still there. He was staring at the stall where food were displayed. I couldn't bear looking at him like that so I ordered something and I went out and gave him the food.

I wouldn't forget that moment. He was teary eyed while smiling at me.

I couldn't move. My body suddenly froze and I couldn't imagine what this old man had gone through. I know he wanted to hug me but maybe he was hesitant because he was dirty so I hugged him instead. I didn't mind because I know he needed that.

Then he started crying while saying thank you.

After that, I thought that was it. He would leave and I'd go but this man really inspired me.

I saw him giving some food that I gave him to some street children who asked from him.

Then I remembered my mom when she was still alive. Even though we don't have much she knows how to share.

Thank you old man. I miss you mom. I'm sorry dad.

From now on I will study hard so I can help more people in the future.

Mark 12:41-44

And he sat down opposite the treasury and watched the people putting money into the offering box. Many rich people put in large sums. And a poor widow came and put in two small copper coins, which make a penny. And he called his disciples to him and said to them, "Truly, I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on."
